Want a warm, sit-down dinner? You can reserve our 14-person farm table or go bigger in the upstairs dining room. Need a little more room to mix and mingle? Our 22-person sunroom is filled with natural light and charm. And if your guests need a quiet moment, our two comfy living rooms are perfect spots to sip a drink by the fire.

No bar menu, no pressure. We’re a BYOB property, which means you get total control over the drinks. Bring your favorite wine, champagne, or whatever you love to sip during the holidays. We’ll take care of the rest.
We’ve got wine glasses, openers, and ice buckets ready for you and your guests. Planning a toast at sunset on the back patio? We’ll make sure it’s chilled and waiting. Want to serve cocktails in the sunroom or fireside in the living room? We’ll have everything prepped so you can focus on fun, not logistics.

Planning your holiday party should feel joyful, not overwhelming. At our holiday party venue, we’ve thought of everything. Your experience will be simple, relaxing, and full of heart. You bring the people; we’ll handle the rest.
Every overnight stay includes a multi-course breakfast and a three-course dinner. You’ll also enjoy Wi-Fi and luxury linens. We’ve added thoughtful touches like cozy robes, Bluetooth speakers, Keurig coffee makers, and bath amenities. Just the way a holiday gathering should feel — warm, easy, and personal.
Before you book, here are a few helpful things to know:
- Check-in is from 3–8pm (Need a later time? Just let us know.)
- Check-out is by 10am
- A two-night minimum stay is required on weekends.
- Prices are based on double occupancy. Additional guests are $95 per person and include meals.
- No pets allowed.
- Children allowed in special situations — call us to chat.
- No smoking indoors. We provide outdoor urns and ask all guests to be respectful.
