Host a corporate retreat at Cedar Crest Lodge – perfect for small leadership teams, executive retreats, and organizations seeking a private, distraction-free setting for strategy, connection, and team-building. You will appreciate our secluded location offering spacious privacy at 1,000 feet above sea level looking over 100+ acres of beautiful rolling hills, trees, and ponds.

Our 11 unique bedrooms will accommodate 11-22 people. Our largest indoor meeting space can hold up to 22 people depending on the set-up. Free wireless internet is available in the meeting room, and also throughout the main lodge and carriage house.

Additional meeting space is available indoors and out If you are looking for small breakout areas or large outdoor spaces to take your group if the weather is nice. Choose from our multiple deck and patio areas. In the winter months, our large wood-burning fireplace in our vaulted living room area will be sure to warm you up while you sip on homemade hot cocoa.

Team building, storytelling, and connecting with your team are all possible with the use of our outdoor heated swimming pool, large fire pit, hot tub and sauna, walking trails, bocce ball court, and fishing ponds. Our soothing Spa area is also available in case you want to reward the winning team or employees who have gone above and beyond.

Meals at the Lodge

A delicious full breakfast and dinner is always included with an overnight stay. Additional meals can be added for your group at an additional cost: $17 per person for lunch and starting at $35 per person for dinner for those not staying the night.

Complimentary all-day beverage service includes unlimited tea, coffee, water, and soft drinks.

Rates and Policies

There is no facility charge for our meeting room when one or more rooms are rented. If you wish to use the lodge for the day and rent no rooms, then a facility charge of $400 will apply.

You may secure your date with a 25% deposit. We need a firm head count and final payment two weeks in advance of your event. The number given at that time will be the minimum number of people for which you will be billed. If you cancel your event less than 90 days before the event, the deposit will not be refunded.

What Cedar Crest Lodge Offers

Cedar Crest Lodge is ideal for families seeking a shared, private experience rather than a traditional reunion venue. Our property works best for families who value togetherness, comfort, and exclusive use of the lodge.

The lovely 7,000 square foot lodge and separate carriage house sit 1,000 feet above sea level on 100+ acres of beautiful rolling hills, trees, and ponds.

The lodge offers 11 bedrooms that will accommodate up to 22 people (additional twins can be added to some rooms), a meeting room, library, two living rooms, and a fireplace. Free wireless internet is available throughout the main lodge and carriage house.

While hosting your Kansas reunion, you have access to multiple decks and two patios at the main lodge, a large deck at our swimming pool, 8-person hot tub, 2-person wet/dry sauna, a fire pit, walking trails, bocce ball court, and fishing ponds. However, for the ultimate in relaxation, take the time to pamper yourself in our spa.

Rates and Policies

The price for the entire lodge is $3495* per night Sunday – Thursday. There is a minimum 2-night stay required for this package.

The price includes rental of all 11 bedrooms and two meals a day – breakfast and dinner. If desired, you may add lunch for $17 per person + tax & gratuity.

Only available Sunday – Thursday. Max of 24 combined adults and children.

Cedar Crest Lodge is the place to host your scrapbooking, quilting, and needlepoint retreats. The lodge offers 11 bedrooms that will accommodate 22-30 people. Our large meeting room is a crafter’s dream, offering lots of light and electrical outlets for your use.

What Cedar Crest Lodge Offers

Originally built as an artists’ retreat, Cedar Crest Lodge is ideal for hosting your next scrapbooking or quilting getaway.

The “studio” includes excellent natural lighting to enhance your crafting experience. For groups of 8 or more, your package price includes overnight accommodations, all meals and beverages, and use of the studio.

Don’t forget to take time out to enjoy on-site spa treatments, an outdoor hot tub and sauna, the walking trail, or a dip in our inviting pool. The free wireless internet is available in the meeting room and throughout the main lodge.

Prices begin at $349-395 per person for a 3-night retreat. A 4-night retreat is $439-509 per person. Rates will differ depending on weekday or weekend dates. Call for rates on longer retreats.

A 2-night retreat is only available during weekdays.

Prices are based on double occupancy and include all taxes, gratuity and fees.
