» Braised Pork Chop: A well-seasoned 10-ounce pork loin chop simmered in white wine, topped with rosemary, red onions caramelized with balsamic vinegar, and carrots. The chops are then slowly baked for tenderness. (Try the chops Mediterranean style for another option)
» Pulled Pork: Shredded pork that's been slow-cooked over apple wood, and then mixed with our special sauce.
» Chicken Parmesan: A chicken breast filet breaded with Parmesan and Italian herbs, sautéed to a golden brown, and then topped with additional cheese and a rich marinara sauce.
» Chicken Roulades: Well-seasoned chicken breasts stuffed with cream cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, and basil.
» Graham's Chicken: We start with a grilled chicken breast and top it with creamy goat cheese and a sun-dried tomato lemon/basil butter sauce.
