Families that choose Cedar Crest Lodge for their Kansas City family reunion have exclusive use of the lodge and grounds. The lovely 7,000 square foot lodge and 3-room carriage house sit 1,000 feet above sea level on 111 acres of beautiful rolling hills, trees, and ponds. The lodge offers 11 bedrooms that will accommodate 22-30 people, a game room, library, two living rooms (one with HDTV and DVD player), and a fireplace. Free wireless Internet is available throughout the main lodge.
While hosting your Kansas reunion, you have access to two decks and two patios at the main lodge, a large tiered deck at our swimming pool, a fire pit, walking trails, horseshoe pits, bocce ball court, fishing ponds, and of course, the hammock. However, for the ultimate in relaxation, take the time to pamper yourself in our full-service day spa.
The price for the entire lodge is *$1195 Monday-Thursday and **$1395 Friday-Sunday. There is a minimum 2-night stay on the weekends and holidays. The price includes rental of all 11 bedrooms and two meals a day (breakfast and your choice of lunch or dinner). For groups with more than 22 people, please add $25 per person, per day. If your group is smaller and doesn't require the entire lodge, you can rent rooms and purchase meals on an à la carte basis.
