Reunions
We do everything possible to personalize each family's reunion. Please let us know if there is something special you would like. Our goal at Cedar Crest Lodge is to make sure everyone feels right at home.
Families that choose Cedar Crest Lodge for their reunions will have exclusive use of the lodge and grounds. The 7,000 square foot lodge & 3 room carriage house sit 1,000 feet above sea level on 113 acres of beautiful rolling hills, trees and ponds. The lodge offers 11 bedrooms that will accommodate 30 people, full-service day spa, a game room, 2 living rooms, 2 fireplaces, 2 decks and a patio in front of the lodge and in the back. Outside you will have access to the walking trails, horseshoe pits, bocce` ball court, fishing ponds and of course the hammock. We have just added a swimming pool and fire pit area!

The price for the entire lodge is $1095 Monday – Thursday and $1395 Friday – Sunday. There is a minimum 2-night stay on the weekends. The price includes rental of all 11 bedrooms and 2 meals a day, breakfast and your choice of lunch or dinner. For groups with more then 24 people please add $15 per person, per day. If your group is smaller and doesn’t require the entire lodge you can rent rooms and purchase meals on an Ala Carte basis.

You may secure your date with a deposit of $300. We need a firm head count one week in advance of your event. The number given at that time will be the minimum number of people you will be billed for. If you cancel your event less than 4 months before the event, the deposit will not be refunded. We accept checks and all major credit cards.

CARRIAGE HOUSE

WINE COUNTRY ($139) – Four-poster King bed with private bath and Jacuzzi tub, small refrigerator, in-room coffee maker & DVD player.

FRENCH QUARTER ($159) – Four-poster King bed with private bath. Have a separate shower and 5 foot corner Jacuzzi tub, DVD player,in-room coffee maker and small refrigerator.

TUSCAN MANOR ($225) -This spacious 1200 sq ft room has one King bed and additional twin beds can be added, large 2 person Jacuzzi tub and private bath with shower. This room also includes DVD & CD players , refrigerator and small kitchen area. If you used sleeping bags this room could sleep 10 – 12 kids.

Luncheon Choices
All lunches include 1 side dish, bread and dessert along with your choice of tea, water or coffee. Applicable tax will be added to all bills.

Pork Medallions w/ Sage Butter Sauce
Melt-in-your-mouth pork medallions. Sauce includes white wine, shallots & fresh sage.

Braised Pork Chop
A well-seasoned 10-ounce pork loin chop simmered in white wine, topped with rosemary, red onions caramelized with balsamic vinegar, and carrots. The chops are then slowly baked for tenderness.

Pulled Pork
Shredded pork that’s been slow cooked over apple wood and then mixed with a special sauce.

Chicken Parmesan
A chicken breast filet breaded with Parmesan and Italian herbs. It is sautéed to a golden brown and then topped with additional cheese and a rich marinara sauce.

Chicken Roulades
Well-seasoned chicken breasts stuffed with cream cheese; sun dried tomatoes, and basil.

Cedar Crest Chicken
Our own version of Chicken Marsala. We start with a breaded chicken breast filet, top it with a smoked provolone cheese and serve it with a chardonnay mushroom sauce.

Parmesan Crusted Chicken
Quickly sautéed then oven roasted chicken breasts drizzled with a creamy sage-butter sauce.

Coq Au Vin
Our variation of a classic dish. Melt in your mouth chicken simmered in a vegetable/wine medley. Great served with our herbed mashed potatoes.

Smoked Brisket
Mouth watering brisket slow-smoked over pecan wood. So tender you need a spoon to eat it.

Ribeye Steaks (extra $2 per person)
Tender 12-ounce steaks grilled to perfection over chunks of pecan wood and topped with sautéed mushrooms. (16 oz steak - $3)

Beef Stroganoff
Tender strips of beef are tossed in a traditional sauce with mushrooms and onions. Served on a mound of homemade noodles.

T-Bone Steaks – (extra $3 per person)
16-ounce steaks, seasoned and grilled over pecan wood just the way you like.

Beef Tenderloin in a Burgundy wine sauce (extra $3 per person)
Tender Beef filets sautéed and topped with a rich Burgundy wine sauce.

Veal Chop – (extra $4 per person)
A juicy veal loin chop served with a robust wild mushroom sauce. A wonderful item you won’t be disappointed in!

Cavatilli with Asparagus
Pasta tossed with asparagus, feta cheese, tomatoes, black olives & olive oil.

Linguini with Tomatoes and Basil (Seasonal)
Homegrown tomatoes, fresh basil, garlic and balsamic vinegar combine to make a dish bursting with freshness and flavor!!

Lasagna (meat or vegetable)
Layers of pasta, cheese, vegetable and marina sauce. Can also be made With Italian sausage.

Sausage and Roasted Red Pepper Pasta
Penne pasta tossed with Italian sausage, red onions and roasted red peppers and plenty of fresh garlic.
