Bodywork Sessions

Full Body Swedish Massage (60 min)
A therapeutic massage that will not only provide relaxation and stress relief - but will aid in circulation, lower blood pressure and strengthen the immune system.

Warm La-Stone Therapy Massage (90 min)
All the benefits of a Swedish massage plus a deep warmth that is also beneficial for arthritis and achy joints.

Reflexology Session (60 min)
Massaging the reflex areas of the feet and hands helps to increase the flow of the lymphatic and circulatory systems.

Hot European Herbal Wrap (35 min)
Helps sore aching muscles, relaxes muscular tension that may be causing pain and aids in releasing impurities from your body. This is extremely effective in helping the body rid itself of toxins and excess fluid.

Do’shas Aromatherapy Body Wrap (35 min)
A wonderful wrap which balances the body’s systems. Relax, restore and rejuvenate yourself with a wrap chosen for your individual needs.
• Vatta (Air): Concerned with mind and nervous system. Controls body movement. A Sesame Seed Oil blend.
• Pitta (Fire): Responsible for chemical and metabolic transformations
in the body. A Sunflower Oil blend.
• Kapha (Water and Earth): Provides substance, gives support and
stability. An Ultralight Oil blend.

The Grape Peel Foot Session (45 min)
Grape derived enzymes along with fruit acids designed to gently remove dead skin cells and callouses – leaving skin to better accept creams for smoother, softer, relaxed feet.

Champagne Facial (45 min) – NOT FOR SENSITIVE SKIN
Champagne Facial mask removes dead skin cells, deeply hydrates, and helps to fade age spots due to over-exposure to the sun.

Moor-Mud Facial (30 min) – $40 FOR SENSITIVE SKIN
Featuring Moor mud collected from the bottom of a Canadian lake, which is constantly circulated by a geothermal spring. This facial deep cleanses, tones and helps acne-prone skin. The mud has a 5.5-ph balance and 35% mineral content.
Moor-Mud Back Treatment (30 min) - $50
This is an excellent treatment if you suffer from tense, aching shoulder or back muscles, and it is an effective acne treatment for breakouts.
